The best used bookstore in Atlanta--which closed shop three weeks ago--was in an old house and the inside looked just like this guy's place. *sniff* I'm getting a little verklempt.

That's a serious bummer. :/ Within the past year two used bookstores in my general neighborhood closed. And then there was the cool little graphic novel/comics store that went under as well. I don't fault or blame people with kindles and other e-readers--I definitely see the convenience. But it's the economy and the greed of the real estate market that is killing small businesses and making cities less special.

Yeah, I love the idea. I think we should have a bookstore in our apartment. But I guess we'd actually have to consider, you know, selling the books.
